How often should I clean my jewellery?
Dr Diamond was created to clean your rings everyday, however, we understand life gets busy so at least once per week is ideal to avoid build up.

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
How can I track my order?
You will automatically receive tracking once you place your order. This will be sent via email once your order has been shipped out.
Do you offer returns?
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Opened or used items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
