At Dr Diamond, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
Opened or used items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Dr Diamond is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Final Sale: Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If your item is defective, damaged (including damage during shipping), or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@drdiamond.com.au with photos. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@drdiamond.com.au.
