Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods (such as product launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times depend on your location:

• Australia (Standard): 2–8 business days

• Australia (Express): 1–4 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary based on postal service conditions and customs delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes within Australia.
For international orders, please provide a residential address where possible.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Dr Diamond is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, postal services, or customs clearance.
If your package is delayed or missing, please reach out to the shipping provider first with your tracking number.

Damages During Shipping

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
